Sales Terms:
All Federal, State, County and Local agencies as well as special districts, schools or other publicly owned (Government) entities are offered NET-30 terms. Orders placed on NET-30 terms in excess of $2,500.00 must be placed in writing via mail, fax or email.
Private and corporate entities may apply for NET-30 terms.
Unless otherwise stated or pre-arranged, invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly fee.
Unless otherwise stated, pre-arranged or agreed upon all sales are final and returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Pricing:
Pricing, availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. All pricing is listed in United States Dollars. TAC 1 Systems reserves the right to not sell below cost. In the event of a pricing error or misprint, Customers who have ordered based upon misprinted or erroneous pricing will be notified and given the opportunity to purchase at the revised price or cancel/return the order.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise stated or arranged, all sales are FOB Origin. Shipping rates/quotes given on this site are for CONUS delivery. We also ship to AK, HI, APO/FPO, US Territories and Canada. International shipping to other countries is available upon request. Please call for rates or details for all non-CONUS shipments.
Rush orders and orders for expedited or air shipping should be placed by phone with our staff, as stock levels or additional fees and surcharges may apply that the website cannot account for. We make no guarantee that such orders placed online will be able to ship in time to meet your deadline or that they will not incur additional fees or surcharges.
Return Policy:
We will accept returned items ONLY if a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued by us.
Claims for merchandise that is found upon delivery to be defective or blemished during manufacture, damaged during shipping, or are found to be mis-shipped/incorrect items must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items accompanied with a RMA will be repaired, replaced, refunded or credited to your account.
Apparel items returned must be in new condition and have the tags or labels still attached.
Evaluation items must be returned in new condition with all original documentation and packaging.
TAC 1 Systems will pay return shipping for merchandise that is found upon delivery to be defective or blemished during manufacture, damaged during shipping, or are found to be mis-shipped/incorrect items. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. For all other returns or for claims made after 30 days, Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipment.
Claims for items made after 30 days that are covered by a warranty will be replaced if possible and credited to your account if not (i.e. discontinued items).
Customized, personalized or modified items are non-returnable/refundable with the sole exception of error on our behalf.
TAC 1 Systems is not responsible for correcting, replacing, refunding, crediting or issuing a RMA for orders placed in which the customer erroneously orders the wrong, incorrect or incompatible products. We will make every effort, but make no guarantee of success, to facilitate a timely and equitable resolution to customer ordering errors. All customer ordering error resolutions shall be considered on a per case basis.
Unless otherwise pre-arranged in writing, TAC 1 Systems will not issue RMA's or give credit or refunds for items that customers order and pre-pay for that are for the purpose of testing and evaluation. T&E inquiries/requests may be sent to our sales department and shall be considered on a per-case basis.
All other return requests will be considered solely at the discretion of TAC 1 Systems.
Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee that will be determined based on the circumstance of the return.
Cancellation:
Web orders may be cancelled up until the time that they are shipped. Orders placed by written PO cannot be cancelled without written agreement of both buyer and seller. Once items have shipped, a RMA must be obtained and the status of the order will be changed to a return. Cancellations may be subject to a re-stocking fee determined on a case-by-case basis.
Acts of God & Force Majeure:
TAC 1 Systems shall not be held liable for delays or product performance resulting in whole or in part from circumstances beyond our control. This includes Acts of God, war, civil disturbance, labor disputes, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, shortages or inability to obtain or receive products, supplies, materials, services or permits and licenses.
Warranties:
TAC 1 systems assumes no responsibility for manufacturers warranties. Unless otherwise stated, TAC 1 Systems makes no statement of warranty, expressed or implied for products marketed.
Specifications And Images:
Although we go to great lengths to keep our information current, TAC 1 Systems makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied as to the accuracy of images or specifications.
Trademarks, Copyright And Intellectual Property:
All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
Privacy Policy:
TAC 1 Systems will not sell or otherwise disclose customer information to any 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill orders or as required by law. We absolutely do not sell or provide customer information for any 3rd party marketing.
